We recognise that teachers have a powerful influence on students while parents play a crucial role in their children’s development outside of school. We understand that parents may have different backgrounds and expectations compared to the approach we take at our kindergarten.
Therefore, our goal is not to interfere with or undermine the role of parents. Instead, we strive to foster a positive and collaborative relationship between parents, children, and the school, which we believe is essential for a child’s well-being.
Our school welcomes parent and family visits. We ask that parents maintain a demeanour of mutual respect while on the premises (such as phone on silent). Our kindergarten is a place where children’s learning is made visible, and we encourage parents and families to visit and engage with their child’s educational journey.
